Hours of Operation:

Standard Hours: Monday - Friday, 7:30 AM - 5:00 PM.

After-Hours Support: Available by prior approval only. Same-day requests for after-hours support cannot be accommodated.
Request Process:

Service Requests: Visit the
Health Sciences ServiceNow Portal and submit a service request (login with your Active Directory (AD) credentials)

Urgent AV Requests: For urgent assistance, call the IS Service Desk at (619) 543-4357 (x3-HELP) and provide the reason for escalation to the IMT team.
Note: The IMT group does not provide or loan computers for meetings.
